“We’re going to lose. Nobody’s going to do anything. Let’s lie down and die,” said somebody.
Maybe and maybe not. Remember Bundy Ranch? Remember Whiskey Warrior 556? Remember the Malneur Wildlife Refuge? Remember the response to the killing of the Branch Davidians and Randy Weaver’s family? Look at the stop the steal reaction. There are plenty of people willing to do something, if they can be motivated and directed. If the right person or the right incident happens, there will be a strong response.
I don’t like the attitude that we are all doomed, and we are destined to lose, and let’s be despondent and lose and die.
I’m not saying you are doing it, but there seem to be a number of guys who have nothing better to do than beat everyone down, tell them we can’t win, nobody cares, you are useless and can’t fight, you’re nothing but a keyboard commando, etc. Their bottom line seems to be to discourage anyone from doing anything, or even having any hope. To that, I say, baloney.
It’s one thing to acknowledge the lethargy and lack of inertia and motivation you discuss, but that should be a starting point to motivate people to NOT be that way, and to throw defiance in the face of the enemy.
I don’t like the view that: they can take my gun from my cold, dead hands. I prefer to view it as, they will be the ones with the cold, dead hands.

They will NOT take semi-automatic weapons away from the American people. Unless they want civil war… but that too almost seems to be their goal.
