This is an excellent summary of what the Trump legal team said yesterday. The media has been attacking the messenger for his delivery style and for even trying to determine the extent of the fraud.
Note that the bad guys started off denying fraud and saying this was the cleanest election in history. No one can credibly deny fraud with a now! They have retreated to “you can’t prove enough fraud to determine the outcome.” (Note that this attitude is NOT one of a person with an open mind, committed to rule of law and honest elections.)
I think that this summary has more than enough fraud to determine the outcome. We just have to engage the right decision makers with the facts.
The courts are the best place to present and evaluate the facts. The propagandists for those who would rule us by any means necessary (and that includes most of the mainstream media and big tech) do not want the decision makers and us to look at the facts. But we are going to force them to.
There has been lots of misinformation about who decides that there is enough fraud to reject the results. And even more about who has the final say about who determines the remedy once the results are rejected. I am burning to write more on that.
But in the meantime, the president’s legal team is doing heroic work to establish the facts with very little help and LOTS of self-interested and ideological institutions gunning for them.
