As we’re all dealing with social isolation to keep us physically healthy we need to be sure to pay attention to our mental health as well. This is a sad example of what can happen from excessive mental stress.

Need sumthin to do, dig up a spot & plant a small garden. Tomatoes, bush beans, onions, peppers ect…. or a berry patch, fruit trees…. We planted blackberries and raspberries last year, gonna add blueberries this year, our grandson eats them like candy.
