As a licensed Ham operator we MUST follow the rules set fourth. It band-waves are regulated by “Observers”. Who listen in and report if anything is amiss… If you discuss anything about doing violence you will be heard! The frequencies are NOT secure anyone can be listing.

That’s probably the best place although it is sort of expensive for membership fees for us locals. It’s $110.00 per year
