They have a unit at every county seat, (not every one yet but building up to that) Contact Dave Smith at dcsmithco@hotmail.com and tell Him Michael Inman sent you to him I am the Phelps County Comms Officer. Dave Smith is the MDF’s commander. We work with all the sheriff’s and other first responder’s so no one will be kicking in your doors.
